FAQs

  • Besides being sold as originals, some works are also sold as prints and merchandise (stickers, buttons, etc). Purchasing an original or a print does not transfer rights of the artwork to you (the buyer). After sale of an original piece, I will continue to sell prints and merchandise featuring the original artwork.

Reproduction rights are not transferable. Purchased works are for personal use only, unless we have a written agreement otherwise.

For more information, please visit CARFAC’s page on copyrights for visual artists in Canada.

  • I do not support the use of AI to generate artwork. My works are not allowed to be used for machine learning. This is not up for discussion.

I do not mint any of my work as an NFT.

  • Please email me with any restock requests. I cannot guarantee all restock requests, and most will be restocked on overall demand.

As for commissions, I am currently accepting commissions through Book an Artist. Please visit my page for any personal requests.

    1. Hang artwork outside of direct sunlight to avoid pigmentation fading or exposed canvas becoming damaged.

    2. (In the case of originals) Keep it clean. If you notice dust build-up, give it a light dusting with a soft-bristle brush. Avoid using cloths.

    3. Hang in a dry space to avoid contact with moisture and water. Avoid extremes in heat/cold and humidity.

    4. Store with care. Stack your paintings flat against one another, against a steady wall. Avoid letting corners push into other canvases. If you have purchased directly from me at a market, I package most of my works in plastic sleeves. These can be handy to use for storage.
